These Terms of Service govern the use of the Gatewood Fence & Gate website located at westhollywoodgaterepair.com and any request for service submitted through it. Scheduling and cancellations
Gatewood Fence & Gate asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or moved to a different time. This allows the company to offer the slot to other customers and avoid unnecessary trips.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of that fee, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request. Gatewood Fence & Gate understands that emergencies happen and will consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Parts, equipment, and materials installed as part of a service job may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Those warranties are governed entirely by the terms set by the manufacturer, and Gatewood Fence & Gate does not extend or modify them. Gatewood Fence & Gate can assist customers in understanding how to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim where reasonably possible.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Gatewood Fence & Gate shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA. Both the company and the customer agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
Severability
If any individual provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the overall intent of these terms will be preserved to the greatest extent possible.
